Rodent control · Selangor & Klang Valley
Rats out.
Audit-ready in.
Rat and mouse control for factories, warehouses, food plants and homes across Selangor. Our Puchong team inspects your site, sets a bait-station plan, and gives you the documents your auditors ask for.
Why act early
One rat is never just one rat
Rats breed fast. By the time you see one in daylight, there are usually many more hiding in drains, ceilings and stores.
Disease risk
Rats carry leptospirosis, rat-bite fever, salmonellosis and hantavirus. In a food or pharma plant, one contaminated batch can mean a recall.
Cables, stock & downtime
Rodents gnaw wiring, packaging and pallets. Chewed cables are a common cause of machine stoppage, costly production downtime and fire risk.
Failed inspections
Droppings or a live sighting during a GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000 or customer audit can cost you a certificate or a contract.

Our solution
Three methods working together
We combine different pest management strategies to resolve the infestation. Each site gets the mix that suits its layout, its products and its audit standard.
Baiting
Two lines of defence. Locked, tamper-proof bait stations along the fence line, and a second ring along the outside walls of the building, stop rats before they get inside.
1st line: fence line and drains. 2nd line: building walls, bin centres, loading bays
Trapping & monitoring
Traps and monitoring points inside, so there is no poison near your products, and every catch is recorded.
Production floor, stores, offices
Proofing
We seal gaps, fit door sweeps and set barriers at entry points, so rodents can't get back in.
Doors, pipe openings, roof and wall gaps

Questions
Rodent control FAQ
How fast will I see results?
Most sites see a clear drop in activity after the first service. Heavy infestations need a few follow-up visits, and we keep monitoring until activity stops.
Is the treatment safe for my staff and products?
Yes. Inside production and food areas we use traps and monitoring only. Bait is kept outside in locked, tamper-proof stations, and our methods meet GMP, HACCP, ISO and FSSC 22000 requirements.
Do you provide reports for GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000 or customer audits?
Yes. You get a numbered site plan, a service report after each visit, activity records per station, and copies of our licences and chemical safety sheets.
How often do you visit?
It depends on your site and risk. Most factories and warehouses take monthly or twice-monthly visits. We recommend a schedule after the free inspection.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. The site inspection is free and there is no obligation to sign up.
Do you also handle homes?
Yes. We treat homes and shops across Selangor, with one-time or regular service.
What else do you cover?
We also handle termites, cockroaches, flies, mosquitoes and other pests, plus pest management consultation and staff training.
